1. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1 year warranty on our installations.  Product warranty varies by manufacturer, but many offer lifetime warranties.

We are a local owner-operated small business who prides themselves on providing our clients personally driven service.

3. Do you offer product samples?

Yes, we have samples at our Annapolis location, or give us a call and we can ship them to you.

4. How long will it take to order and install my custom blinds?

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive your order from the manufacturer and the installation is usually scheduled within a week after.

5. What is the policy for returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on our custom work, but if there is a problem with the product from the manufacturer, we will make sure our suppliers honor their policies.

6. How do I clean and maintain my treatments?

Cleaning techniques vary depending on which type of treatment needs the cleaning.  Give us a call and we can talk specifics.

7. Do you offer repairs or replacements?

Yes, we do repairs and replacements.  Please contact us to let us know what you need repaired or replaced and we can go from there.

8. What is the safest window treatment around children?

We believe cordless shades and motorized shades are the safest options in childproofing your home.

9. Is it true my window treatments can help lower my energy costs?

Yes!  Window treatments will most definitely lower your energy costs and also protect assets of your home, such as wood flooring, from solar damage.

10. Can arched windows be covered?
